About me
Hello and welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Michael Troise and I am a Senior at White Plains High School who is majoring in mechanical engineering next year. I will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology in the Fall of 2013. I wish to pursue a career in roller coaster design, hopefully working for INTAMIN Amusements Rides one day. This year, I have completed the Puzzle Cube Project, the Model Mini Train Project, the Lego Project, the Automoblox Project and the Final Design Challenge Project. These projects were all done during a Project Lead the Way, Introdeuction to Engineering course.

Assembly Models
In this project we develop our knowledge of CAD assembly modeling by first practicing on a relatively simple mechanical device called a Jack Lift. We then moved on to the Automoblox car with the use of subassemblies. Designing subassemblies saves time by having team members work on different sections of the main assembly. By using subassemblies the designer can use a section for a different toy or to make a new style of car.
